The Cedarburg and Grafton American Legion Auxiliary Units are excited to announce the fourth annual Post-to-Post walk, Sweat4Vets, benefiting Patriot K9s of Wisconsin. This year's 2.5-mile walk will begin at the Grafton American Legion Post and end at the Cedarburg American Legion Post. After the walk, participants will be able to enjoy complimentary lunch (donations appreciated), beverages and music. 



Early Bird Registration by May 1 - $20

Register after May 1 - $25 

Day of Event - $30

Veterans – Free (Includes T-Shirt)

Kids 12 & Under - Free ($10 for T-Shirt)

If you'd like to send a picture of the Veteran you're walking for, please email it to sweat4vetswi@gmail.com. There will be a slideshow of our Veterans displayed at the event.






After you've registered, remember to start raising pledges! Have your friends and family make pledges online here or you can track cash/check pledges received on this form!

***Grand Prize for the largest amount raised will be a 50" Insignia LED Smart TV.***

Patriot K9s of Wisconsin is a non-profit organization that trains both veterans and shelter dogs together, creating the highest quality Service Dog to qualified, disabled Veterans suffering from Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, Traumatic Brain Injury and Military Sexual Trauma. Veterans accepted into the program will be provided, FREE OF CHARGE: dog supplied if needed, service vest, dog ID, certification record, all necessary equipment and 22-week complete training program. The overall cost of the program per Veteran ends up being around $14,000.
